Before exploring surrender, we must first meet the parts of us that are afraid to feel big feelings fully. This worksheet will guide you through a respectful conversation with the parts of you trying to protect you from feeling scary or forbidden feelings.
Part 2:
Invite The Flood
Surrendering to a tough feeling can be scary. We spend so much time avoiding and fighting the big feelings. When you’re ready to really let it in, there is peace right in the middle of the intensity. This invites the biggest, most overwhelming feelings to be exactly as they are, and helps you to expand to hold it all.
